Very enlightening!
Kevin, Your information was so enlightening at the park -- I only wish more people could have heard what you had to say and just how much we, as Americans take things at ''face value'' sometimes. From all the advertising you see on television, one would really think that the big enterprises have ''our children's'' best interest at heart, when , in fact as you pointed out in print -- our children will never see any of that money -- they are too far down the chain! Just so you know, there were several people who contacted me, saying that they could not make it -- but wished they had, as they were confused on many of the Propositions. I did tell them one thing you pointed out: ''If you are NOT sure how to vote on any given Prop -- then vote NO.'' Because once it is voted in -- there is no turning back. Thank you once again for sharing your time and knowledge. |
