When I was walking my dog at the park tonight, I found a Chocolate Lab Mix on a leash that was attached to a tree branch. His food bowl was near him with food in it. If there was water in the bowl, he drank it. Not seeing anyone around, I brought the dog to my home and then found a neighbor to board it for the night.
