On Country Club S. of Baseline at Kiowa, Mark-Taylor, Inc. is proposing a high-end apartment community. They are now preparing to submit formal applications from a Business Park (formerly would have been Lowe's) to a High Density Residential 15+ du/ac. and to rezone the property.
Mark-Taylor Properties are inviting us all for an open house to review the newly revised draft plans for this proposal in a nearby Mark-Taylor community on:
