There has been some confusion over who to call to report problems or issues with the condos and Bulle Rock. Harvey Hoffman is the Community Manager. If your issue concerns a service that all residents of Bulle Rock share like snow removal, mowing, entrance gates, trash removal, etc. you should contact Harvey on 410 942-1491or hhoffman@bullerock.net. Richard Brandes is the Property Manager. If your issue is condo specific like problems with the elevator, building alarms, door buzzer system, etc. you should contact Richard on 301 495-6616 or rbrandes@zalco.com. An easy way to remember - if it's outside call Harvey, if it's inside call Richard.
