Dear Martinique Unit Owners:
At times, our guests may not be aware of our condominium rules. According to Martinique Condominiums General Rule # Five, the responsibility for repair of damage caused to common areas, common elements, limited common elements, including but not limited to elevators, walls, landscaping, appurtenances, properties or equipment will be that of the owner of the unit whose family, guest, or lessee caused such damage. The owner will be responsible for all costs.
As you are aware, it is your responsibility to make your family, guests, lessees and renters knowledgeable of all condominium rules. For your convenience, the Board of Directors has prepared an abbreviated list of rules that are common to guests and has enclosed several copies for your use. Please provide a copy of this list of rules to your guests, especially when you will not be with them during their stay.
Additionally, we have included parking permits to be utilized by any overnight guests. It should be displayed on the dashboard of your guests?’ vehicles throughout their stay.
You are encouraged to make additional copies of the rules or parking permit, as needed. If you need clarification regarding this letter or its attachments, please contact any board member.
