Dec 3, 2002 Budget Meeting

Chuck Bonini called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Board members Alan Byrne and Tim Bober were present.

Tim Bober, treasurer, led a discussion of the proposed budget for 2003. He stated that the maintenance fee will increase to $367.00 per month. The minimal increase of $2.00 was due to the fact that the assessment for the railings will not be done and the money was applied to the budget for next year.

Alan Byrne moved that the budget be accepted and Chuck Bonini seconded it.

Alan Byrne made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Tim Bober seconded it.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
