Unassigned Indoors parking spaces

Subject: Unassigned indoors parking spaces

At the June 4 board of directors meeting, your board decided to rent two pf the three unassigned indoors parking spaces on a trail basis (from July 1, 2002 to March 30, 2003). The two spaces are located as follows:

- The first space is at the far south and east end of the garage, next to the south wall. It should accommodate a large car or SUV. This space will rent for $75 per month, payable quarterly effective July 1, 2002.

- The second space is at the far north and west end of the building, next to the north wall. It will be difficult to park a large car or SUV in this space, but not impossible. This space will rent for $50 per month, payable quarterly effective July 1, 2002.

All interested parties should call, mail, or email Lloyd Graham with their desire to rent space one or space two (or both, although a homeowner can rent no more than one unassigned space during this trial period). All responses will be included in a drawing which will be held on July 10 for each space.
