Roof - Ray will inspect roof as needed. Tony Gautsch need not do inspection.
Pool furniture - Ray will advise Connie Graham of needed repairs.
Walkways - Connie Graham will put up notice of scheduled washings.
Painting of beach stairs - Done by Tony - Great job!
Sand dune restoration-Kevin will follow up in October. Cannot do during turtle season.

1. Job description for Maintenance & Grounds committee-maintaining the building in a state of repair.
2. When to hire professionals for building projects-For discussion @ condo meeting.
3. Floor Captain assignments

Floor 4-C. Graham Floor 7-Lindahl
Suggested duties-Monitor needs of the assigned floors for rust, bulb replacement, fire extinguisher, paint touch up and overall maintenance.
4. Building Directory-Plastic and duct tape.
5. Pool gate railing-Top railing scarred and worn, replace?
6. Plexiglas around pool
7. Storage of chemicals under stairwell by pool-Acid and other hazardous chemicals accessible to anyone. Ray is looking into getting a bin.
