as needed.
- Pool furniture and deck hosed and cleaned.
- Garbage cans in garage checked daily, emptied.
- Check pool and vacuum if necessary; check chemicals and adjust
if necessary.
Weekly
- Outside lobby door: concrete walkway and mats and the
directory swept and cleaned.
- Lobby: light fixtures, door, windows, floor, mats, vents, and
furniture dusted and cleaned.
- Elevators: walls and floors cleaned.

- Fitness room, bathrooms, club room, including all vents,
windows, window wells, and blinds, carpeting, floor, appliances,
and the deck outside cleaned.

- Luggage and shopping carts cleaned.
- Outside stairway, walkways, railings, and light fixtures on
each floor cleaned.

- Hose down air conditioning units on roof.
- Clean Stainless Steel on and around elevators.
