Subject: Unassigned garage parking spaces

To All Members:

At a recent board meeting we discussed several means of utilizing the three unassigned parking places in the garage. As you know, twenty-four of the twenty-seven garage parking spaces are assigned, one for each unit. Currently the three unassigned spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Several homeowners have proposed that renting or selling these three spaces would be more equable and make a little money for the treasury.

Please review the following suggested alternatives and notify Lloyd Graham of your preference by May 6, 2002. Your notification can be by mail, email, or phone message.

Option One: _______ Make no change
Option Two: _______ Yearly Rental, paid quarterly, to highest bidder
Option Three: ______ Sell space, to highest bidder
Option Four: _______ Use spaces for additional bike storage and/or beach chairs and umbrellas, etc.
Option Five:________ Offer spaces to board members to use during their term of office
