Walkway Project
April 21, 2003

Kevin Lindahl called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

Roll was taken and board members present were: Kevin Lindahl, Al Chubb, Ed Knudsen and Kathy Gautsch

Ed Knudsen reported that he spoke with Mr. Adrian Marks, Building Official for Ponce Inlet regarding our plans for redoing the walkways. Mr. Marks advised that if we planned to have any holes drilled into the existing surface an engineer must draw up the specs and supervise the work.

A motion was made to continue working with United Engineering Consultants per their proposal of March 25, 2003 and was passed unanimously.

Kevin Lindahl will speak with the UEC to see if we can reduce cost. He will also provide them with names of the three contractors recommended by our walkway committee. UEC will prepare bid packages for these three companies and will request samples and references to be provided.

Kevin Lindahl adjourned the meeting at 7:20pm.
