Maunawili Community Association

I live next to a home that is a rental. The owners is a military officer stationed on the east coast right now. He has rented the home to four enlisted men. These men party almost every weekend, and some week nights. There is a pool table set up in the family room and they drink and scream and play extremely loud music with a bass that rumbles the house. I have spoken with them, with the owner and with the resident manager, and while the men speak a good story, this has not stopped. I told them I would just talk to them when it got too loud. Well, the last time I did that, someone yelled over the fence for me to get a f---ing life. I live alone and am worried that if I call the cops, they will retaliate and hurt me or my dog. Does anyone have any recommendations?
