Hello. everyone.
I recently got a warning from HOA because I bring out my garbage bin one day before the pick up date. I asked why and I was told I need to bring it out after 5 pm. I never heard this rule before and actually many people bring out bin earlier. I think some people come home late and might forgot so they bring them out earlier. Now it get dark early and sometimes raining during evening. I wonder what's the rule of when we can bring our garbage bin out. I think it's reasonable one day earlier, any time.
Or we can vote?
