Trashed Rental House

I too have noticed this house. Last summer I talked to the police about it and they say everything is legal since they are all related. There must be at least 10 people living there, and so many cars. There is no grass remaining on the front lawn. It's a disgrace. The landlord is only interested in the money. He had said that he was going to evict them last June, but evidentally they offered more money.

There must be some way to get our neighborhood integrity back.

I was also told by the city that there was nothing illegal since the renters were all related. I asked that the inspector call me so that I could understand how they proved to her that they were all related; I also wanted to know how the city defines "related". I did not receive a response.

Trailers continued

Yes, apparently the supervisor of the construction project is living in the trailer on Ivanhoe Street. The property owner living next door to the project tells me that there has been a lot of theft on the construction site, and that this person is acting as a night watchman. My concern is that this could become a regular occurance with future construction sites.
