I felt this was very important to alert you to. Google has implemented a new feature which enables you to type a telephone number into the search bar hit enter and you will be given the person's name and address. Hit the MapQuest tab and you get a map to the person's house! It's a nationwide reverse telephone book. Although my numbers did not show up several numbers of my family and friends did.

In order to see whether your phone number is mapped, go to: Google ( http://www.google.com/ ). Type your phone number with area code in the search bar and hit enter. If you want to BLOCK Google from divulging your private information, simply click on your telephone number and then click on the removal link. Removal takes 48-hours. If you have an unlisted number or cell phone as primary contact your phone number the number should not be listed but you may want to double check anyway.

Of course, make sure you have registered both your home & cell phones registered on the State?’s Do Not Call list.
