Delight your love one?’s sweet tooth with this Valentine and Strawberry Festival favorite!!!!!!!!!

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Ingredients : 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (can substitute all semi-sweet or all milk chocolate chips according to your own tastes) Fresh Strawberries, rinsed and patted dry (about 2 pts.) 1 tbs. shortening (do not use butter, margarine or oil)
Preparation :
The tray needs to be covered with wax paper. Place chocolate chips and shortening in medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high (100%)for 1 minute. Stir. If its necessary, microwave another 30 seconds or until chips are melted and the mixture becomes smooth when vigorously stirred. Take care not to over heat. Holding by the top, dip bottom two-thirds of each strawberry into melted mixture. Shake gently to remove excess. Place on prepared tray. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until the coating becomes firm.
