Friends and neighbors gathered outside the Mayfair neighborhood on Saturday, March 14th to take part in a bake sale organized by Emma Hopegood. Mayfair resident Lisa Caslan purchased some baked goods and would?’ve liked to have had more cash on hand. ?“Oh My Goodness?…Can we talk about the bake sale? Can you say D-e-l-c-i-o-s-o!!?”. The bake sale offered an impressive variety of items from homemade breads and granolas, pineapple tarts, candy bouquets, and cookies-on-a-stick to the more traditional bake sale fare including six kinds of cookies, muffins, brownies, and cakes.
