AUTO BURGLARY SPREE
IN NEW TAMPA AREA (ZONE C2)
On September 14, 2006 there were a rash of Auto Burglaries in the New Tampa area (Zone C2/Grids 221 & 260). The rash of Auto Burglaries began with an Auto Theft of a 1997 Ford pick-up truck from the location 11603 N. 22nd Street in Grid 6. The suspects then drove this vehicle to 8500 Hidden River Parkway (Grid 221) and committed an Auto Burglary and stole a 2001 Dodge Intrepid. The 1997 Ford pick-up was left at this location. The suspects then used the 2001 Dodge Intrepid to drive to three (3) other locations within Grid 260 and commit more Auto Burglaries. Several witnesses observed two black males committing these offenses. The table below summarizes the Auto Burglaries.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS: 2 Black males, dark complexion, early twenties, approximately 5’7”, and approximately 180 pounds.
