Pets subject to leash laws

Please be considerate when walking your dog(s)by cleaning up after them. Also pets should be in control by the owner(s) at all times. Copy of the leash law may be ontained by the City of Westerville and/or any Board Member.

Deed, Restrictions, Covenants and Guidelines

Enforcement of the above is one of the major responsibilities of the Homeowners' Association. If you have any questions regarding these or need a copy of them, please contact any Board Member. THE DEED RESTRICTIONS, COVENANTS AND GUIDELINES PERTAIN TO ALL 131 PROPERTIES IN MCDOT FARMS.

Speed Limits in McDot Farms

Some residents have noticed cars exceeding the speed limit driving through McDot Farms. If you notice a car speeding and can get the license number, please report it to the Westerville Police Department.
