Is there any enforecement being done regarding street parking on Bayview Parkway? There is a white Grand Marquis in front of 9431 Bayview Parkway that never moves, and it even has an expired license plate. I believe the rule is that no vehicles should be parked on the street for more than 24 hours.
Is this a police issue or is this something the homeowners' association should be enforcing?

The HOA does report violations as we see them but we need more residents like yourself to report these things as they come up. You can do two things. Call 311 and report the car. You won't have to give your name. Also, you can call Pinnacle Management and report this to Brooks. He is assigned to McIntyre for all violations. He will send the residents a letter stating that it needs to be moved or they will be fined until it's gone. mcorless HOA Secretary |
