I have witnessed this issue for myself at my neighbor's home and it happened to be a pit bull on her front porch. The REAL issue is owners not securing their dogs, not the poster's quote about taking matters into their own hands. If someone is leaving for work, or any reason really, they should not be hostage in their home by a dog waiting on animal control. SECURE YOUR ANIMALS and you don't have to worry about what can happen to your dog. |
