I live in the 1600 South Spruce block
seen seveal loose cats, one black and white very furry, one dark brown "tabby" cat sometimes uses my flower bed as his/her litter box. see it a lot in gutter drinking and around neighboors trash, but is too fast for me to catch
another "orange" tabby in alleyway
is thier any way to get rid of them before many more happen
called animal control, they are useless
