Meadow View Single Family Homeowners Association Meetings of the Members are scheduled for the first Monday of the month, unless a holiday then the first Tuesday, at the Prior Lake Public Library, Meeting Room 2, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Room 2 has a capacity of 18. Call one of the Board of Directors, or email dconrad@winternet.com (with Meadowview or Meadow View in the subject line please), if you wish an item be added to a Meeting Agenda.

Our Bylaws require we have an Annual Meeting. Our first Annual Meeting was held June 25, 2003, and next year?’s will be June 7, 2004 in ROOM 1 AT THE PRIOR LAKE PUBLIC LIBRARY. Room 1 has a capacity of over 75.
You will have the notice of the next Annual Meeting no more than 60 days from its scheduled date, and at least 3 days of notice for any Special Meetings, if any, via a note attached to your home's door or via a letter sent by U.S. Postal mail.
