If you have an issue that you wish the Association Board of Directors to address, please put it in writing with the date, your name, address, and phone number, along with a description of the issue, then sign it and mail it to Meadow View Single Family Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 685, Prior Lake, MN 55372. The Board will send an acknowledgment letter to you specifying the date, time and place of the Member Meeting or Special Meeting when the issue will be discussed. We encourage you to attend. A follow-up letter will then be sent to you documenting action(s) taken regarding your issue.
