Fence Variances

At the September 2003 Member's Meeting a vote on an amendment to our Bylaws passed with over 51% approval adding a paragraph to our Bylaws that allows the Board of Directors the authority to consider variances on the 4-foot fence limitation.

You should already have a copy of the new paragraph. If not, contact a board member.

To have the Association Board consider your fence variance, submit your plans to the board. This would be in addition to the plans and application for permit you take to the city.
