I've been noticing that there's been a lot of graffitti, not only on the entrance walls, but also over on the backyard walls facing River. The best way to get rid of the nasties who are doing this is to get rid of their marks...and keeping an eye on your yards to make sure they're not repeating their jobs. Once you see someone doing something strange, please report it!
