Playgrounds were discussed.? A motion was made, seconded and
approved with a 4/3 vote, to remove the existing playground equipment at Lytle Playground and replace it with the proposed new playground equipment, spending $24,000.00 on the entire playground area.? The other two parks are scheduled for replacement on a two year cycle.? ? Scott Gneiting will be refurbishing the Edinborough Playground in July as a Scout Troop project.? Other Scout members have expressed interest in refurbishing Marlborough as well.
Volunteers are needed to help put together the new playground.? If you are interested in helping, please contact Rick Hill at 303-841-4847, Blaise Flaherty at 303-302-5768, or Becky at 303-799-4476. ? Your HOA really needs your help to get the new playground up, so please volunteer your time.
