Leaf Collection for 2007
October 15th ?¨CDecember 21st
During leaf season employees of the Street Department pick-up leaves that residents have piled for collection.
Leaf Pick-up Guidelines:
Have leaves ready the fist day of your pickup week
Rake leaves onto the park strip between side walk and the street.
Don not place leaves in the street or under cars.
Do not put leave in ditches.
Use of biodegradable waste bags is helpful to the environment.
NO other yard waste is accepted.
Remove vehicles from the street when possible.
Memorial Park Specific Leaf Pick-Up Dates:
Oct. 26 ?¨CNov. 2
Nov. 26 -30
Dec. 17- 21

Will be featured in two City Living Tours during the weekends of
October 20-21 and October 27-28
Visitors will have the opportunity to walk through six new models homes in the 2400 block of John Street.

City departments utilizing the 311 call center include:
Neighborhood Code, Parking Control, Right-of-Way, Street Dept. Solid Waste, Traffic Operations, Street Lighting, Water Maintenance & Service and Signal Operations & Sign Shop.
Note: Animal Care & Control, Greenway Trails, and Property Management have plans, but not yet scheduled their move to the call center
