Is there a way to keep noises down at night? I frequently hear barking dogs afer 9pm and 10pm, just left outside! Please control your animals as much as possible, and bring them inside when possible.

Also I know we cannot control the general public's vehicles, but if music could be kept *inside* our neighborhood's vehicles (at least), and not heard outside them, this would be a much more pleasant place for us (at the 4-way stop) in which to live.
