problem landlords

Its too bad that there isn't some sort of requirement that required landlords to live in the same neighborhood as the property they rent. Its been my observation that a lot of the owners of problem rental property live outside the neighborhood in Germantown or Collierville.

Wish there was a similar requirement for real estate agents; The agents who create real estate advertisements with descriptions such as ''would make a great rental'' are eroding the long-term stability of neighborhood.

Is this Hopewell near Quince or Hopewell near Helene? Hopewell near Quince seems to be a construction crew and family, Hopewell near Helene seems to be a band.

The city code does limit the number of cars to four.

I have done some research on this subject. I have found that most of these people that live (10) ten to a house are spanish.
The answer to this question is ''Covenant'' all property in this area is single family dwelling pursuant to the terms of your covenant. 10 people in a house, could be considered single family. but highly unlikely.
We need to work to keep this out of our area. A complaint would have to be filed in chancery Court against the person that owns the property, for violation of the Covenant.
