A tree is down and broke my fence. Her trees are more than 20 feet high. I'm afraid that the little dogs from next door might drown in my pool,(cover sometimes has water on it, that we drain.) What can I do, I tried to conact the owner next door but she never returns my calls The tree was just leaning when I first contacted her, but now it has cracked the fence. I would like to cut the part that is on my side, but can I? The county won't help if there is even a leaf that might still be green. Most of her trees are dead or dying, and leaning on my fence & over it. We just want to help her with the trees but she never returned our calls. Can we do anything?
