Do you think homeowner's in Westlake would like to see the addresses and amounts of homeowner's that are severly delinquent in their dues? Do you think it is ethical to post the addresses (no names) with the amount that they are delinquent? There would be no postings of names or addresses of those, that are delinquent, if they have started a payment process to be in compliance. Thoughts?

PAY YOUR DUES
I think it would be a great idea. We are all aware of the dues we owe each year, and not paying them is disrespectful, immature, and irresponsible. You wouldn't just not pay your electric bill or your cell phone bill, and just like our utilities we all agreed to pay them when we moved here. We need to hold others accountable for their actions or lack there of. People that complain about the neighborhood are a lot of the time the ones who don't pay their dues. I think it is a great idea to make it public and let everyone know who hasn't paid their dues, and if you don't like that then PAY YOUR DUES!!! By Mr. Nice Guy |
