 We’d like you to know that when we see problems we contact Landlords, the Police Department, and the Alderman.
 We hope you’ll cooperate with our efforts to keep Merrill Park a safe and quiet place for everyone to live in.

We Like It Like That!
 Light Up the Night - All residents are encouraged to turn on porch & yard lights at night to increase safety.

 Home Sweet Home - Car horns, loud music from cars & homes, loud parties & loud disagreements all disturb your neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of their home and yard. Let’s keep the peace!

 Kids R Us - Please observe the 11:00 p.m. curfew & remind your children not to cut through neighbors’ yards or play in the street. If your kids are looking for something to do after school or during the summer, call the Near Downtown Communities Resource Center (located in the park at 35th & Clybourn) at 342-6399 for more information.

 Keep It Clean - Garbage carts need to be removed promptly from the alley or street after pick-up. Picking up trash from your yard & alley whenever you see it will keep our neighborhood looking good.

 Graffiti Busters - Please report graffiti to your landlord right away so that it can be removed right away. If you’re a home owner, please remove it as soon as possible.

 Park It - Remember to observe the posted winter street parking regulations.

 Tool Time - Cut the grass! Rake the leaves! Shovel the snow!
