Meeting Minutes at a Glance: April 2007

The following agenda items were passed at the last Board meeting on 4/17/07:

1)New bulletin board: The Board unanimously approved the installation of an additional bulletin board for the clubhouse. The bulletin board will be installed outside of the pool area to post community notices.

2)Landscape Rocks: The Board unanimously approved the purchase of large landscape rocks. The rocks will be placed near the gate to prevent cars from driving on the sidewalk to bypass the gate.
Rules and Regulations: The Board unanimously approved the new Rules and Regulations. (Every homeowner and renter received a copy of the Rules and Regulations on April 3, 2007).

3)Lifeguard Supplies: The Board unanimously approved to provide the lifeguard with keys to the pool/bathroom, first aid kit and an umbrella.
Neighborhood Party: The Board unanimously approved funding for a community party.

4)June & July Board Meetings: The Board unanimously approved to cancel the June and July Board meetings. There will be a committee workshop July 17 at 6:30 PM in the clubhouse. All residents are encouraged to attend.
