Report Suspicious Behavior and Gate Vandalism

The Board of Directors has received complaints about groups of individuals (who seemingly do not live at Merrill Pines) loitering in our streets and on our sidewalks.

If you see groups of people roaming the neighborhood, loitering on the sidewalk or any other suspicious activity, please call the Jacksonville Sheriff?’s Office immediately (JSO 904-630-0500).

Another complaint is the gate not working properly. Since January of 2007, the gate has had $14,000 in damages caused by vehicles.

If you see anybody abusing the gate in anyway, please get their tag number, unit number, decal number or parking space number and report it to MAY Management at 273-9832 or the Jacksonville Sheriff?’s Office (904-630-0500).
