The following agenda items were passed at the November Board Meeting on 11/20/07:
Accounting Method: The Association approved the Cash Flow method of accounting with 44 persons by proxy.
2008 Budget: The Board unanimously approved the 2008 Budget as presented by the Treasurer. The approved budget will raise monthly dues to $170.00.
Delinquent Accounts: The Board unanimously approved letters of foreclosure or money judgments for some unit owners.
