February Board Meeting Motions:
Parking Lot Lights: The Board unanimously approved to upgrade the light bulbs to 175-watts.
Communication Procedure: The Board unanimously approved a new communication procedure. All requests must submit in writing to MAY Management.
March Board Meeting Motions:
Gate Repair: The Board unanimously approved the amount of $3,000 to finish the gate repair.
Security Cameras: The Board unanimously approved the amount of $6,000 for the installation of a security camera system. The bids will be reviewed by the Board and a company will be chosen at a later date.
Landscape: The unanimously approved to discuss landscape enhancements at the next Board Meeting.
