Merrill Pines Pool Rules:

Please be sure to make an extra effort to follow the rules, so that everyone can enjoy the pool this summer.

1) Pool Hours are from Dawn to 10pm.
2) Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a homeowner or lessee, whom assumes full responsibility for such children.
3) The pool is for use by residents and their guests only (a maximum of 4 guests at one time).
4) An individual resident may not use the pool for parties; only the Association as a group, may have pool parties.
5) Shower before entering the pool (to remove tanning lotions, etc.)
6) No diving ?– no running ?– no horseplay ?– no rafts ?– no toys ?– no scuba tanks.
7) No glass or Styrofoam containers. You may use plastic cups or cans, as long as they do not go into pool
8) No food or snacks of any kind are allowed. Trash must be placed in cans provided.
9) Appropriate swimming attire required. For example, no cutoffs, no street clothes, and no diapers are allowed. Babies must be in plastic-lined bathing suits while in the pool.
10) No animals in the pool area.
11) No skates, skateboards, scooters, and bicycles are allowed in pool area.
12) Keys are necessary to gain access to the pool. These keys are obtained by a request to an authorized representative.
13) The pool is not to be used to wash or clean any items.
14) The homeowner or lessee assumes full responsibility for all persons allowed access to the pool area by use of his/her key.
