Dear Merrill Pines Condominium Owner:
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Dana Devine and I have recently been assigned your community as Property Manager for MAY Management. I am pleased to have Merrill Pines included in my portfolio of communities.
My role is to implement the decisions of the Board of Directors and to administer the services, programs, and operations of the community association within the policies established by the Board of Directors and the Association?’s governing documents. It is important that homeowners are courteous of their neighbors when living in a condominium. The goal of all of our actions is to provide a harmonious community that is a great place to live and maintains the members?’ property values.
From time to time changes with Property Managers are needed in an effort to make sure that the specific needs within your community are best served. I will assure you, that I would meet all of your community association needs.
Merrill Pines is professionally managed by MAY Management Services, Inc. Our office is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We can be reached at the office 904.273.9832. After normal business hours, dialing the same number will connect you to our 24-hour answering service, which can alert a property manager or a maintenance person for property emergencies.
In closing, we ask that each of you continue to work with us as we strive to hold your community to the highest standard possible.
