I would like to see drivers who are obviously using Blue Hills Dr. as a
"cut thru" to McGavock Pike slow down
and observe the posted speed limit.
We once called Metro for radar to be set
up and they came several weeks later
and caught about seven violators at
the corner of Blue Hills and Cloverdale.
They officers were only here for about 45 minutes and they left before the real afternoon rush-hour had even begun. If they had stayed later than 5:00 PM, I believe they could have stopped about 25 more.
