As a owner/resident in the complex, it
is of great concern that there is a resident in this complex who is known by the Mesa Police department who is breaking into mail boxes every few days as of lately. If anyone should know who this is or has seen anyone doing these break-ins, please contact officer rigsby at the Dobson Station Police Department. She is well aware of the problem.
