A few months after moving in, after I finally got through rummaging- I figured it would be a good idea to have a yard sale. This was back in May of 2005. I was promptly told by our then management that we are not allowed to have yardsales because we have to wait and participate in the ''neighborhood sale'' that is to take place yearly. Does anyone have any clue as to when? .... or if this neighborhood sale has even taken place before?
