Is the pool water, too hot or too cold?

I think the pool water is fine. What concerns me is the pool cover. It seems to be falling apart.

Yes, the pool cover is starting to show its wear and tear. Due our extreme summers, the board feels that it would be cost effective to hold off on purchasing a new pool cover until the fall.
