We live on the 900 block of Naranja and are concerned with all the vehicles driving down the street at a high rate of speed. We want to look into seeing what is needed to implement the speed humps down Naranja. Wondering if anybody had any ideas?

You can always pay for them

I think the speed bumps are $1,600. If we got together and had fund raisers we can put them in where needed. How about a neighborhood carnival with white elephants and bake sales...and get businesses to donate goods and services?
