I would someone to please explain to me why people think that once they become owners of pets that they are excluded from extending all their neigbors the courtesy of their pets not being a nuisance. Examples: cats using someones yard as a little box. Dogs who bark non stop. Animals are for the pleasure of their owners, not for the annoyance of everyone else.

Les, your right. If you have the problem there is plenty that can be done. You should give your neighbor the courtesy of discussing it with him first. If nothing happens there are many avenues.
