Neighborhood Garage Sale

Mesa Verde held its very first neighborhood garage sale in July and boy was it a HIT! I don?’t know about you but here on Verde Ridge we were almost cleaned out by 12 noon! I had many requests to have another neighborhood garage sale before the end of the year.

I would like to know from the residents if they would like a newspaper article run to promote the garage sale and if so I will need some feedback on how many residents plan to have a garage sale. Remember that each resident must obtain their own permit from HEB ($16.00 per permit). The HOA can check with code compliance and see if they will allow the garage sale to be conducted at the pool facility and therefore we would only have to purchase one permit.
