To accomplish the many tasks for which the HOA is responsible, the association must have operating funds for daily maintenance, repairs, administration, and adequate reserve funds for major repairs or replacements of common property. Therefore, it is important to remember that the association dues are billed on a quarterly basis. It is also important to remember that all Mesa Verde HOA Committee members must be current in there HOA assessments and have no current violations in order to be a member of the committees.
