He makes reference to a lawsuit against some city employees. Most lawsuits don't just want an apology to right the wrong. I suspect this lawsuit is looking for some pretty big money. You know who usually ends up paying when a city or city employees get sued, yes its the taxpayers. So it might be too late to just ignore this shark.

on this site. I have only heard whispers of a lawsuit, but in the ''Shark Frenzy'' posting below there is reference to a suit. I am particularly concerned, because I also believe that our existing taxes are high. That poster makes mention of the concept of contingency lawyers. That concept frightens me even more because a city is probably thought to have deep pockets and in reality the only deep pockets are the pockets of the taxpayers like you and me. If there is such a suit, I hope that it can be resolved in a common sense manner. You might want to ask the ''Shark Frenzy'' poster for more information about what he/she is really talking about.

The Candidate hired the Gadfly to post adverse information and mis information untrue information about a local businessman who they... the Liberals thought was Keiko. This fellow sued them the City for its cooperation in not adhearing to its written internet policy, the Gadfly for his sladerous and untrue remarks, and 2 other posters who are getting named, once Neighborhood Link gets the Court Subpeona.

I would suggest everyone revist the Terms And Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy stated on this web site.

You could also review USC Code Title 14 on the Right of any Citizen to critize public officials in their official capacity short of anarchy its everyones constitutional right.

City personell are all covered by a blanket insurance policy but the Posters, the Gadfly and the other 2 are not.

It doesn't seem to pay to pick a fight by actually naming an individual right or wrong and using this site to slander peoples reputation by name.

For example I heard there was no job application made, hence no denial for employment. All this stems from the Council Candidate who went outside his perameters got Gadfly, and other dittos even his wife Hillary, his own kid for God's sake, to post , to defame the guy who is not even a poster on the site.

The WPD/ Candidate is out of control on this one, and the City by extension and the Gadfly and the other 2 are feeling some heat. They are now SHARK MEAT placed into the chum waters by their own misdeeds.

After a week of getting their lawyers opinion, its clear the stress is heating up, and you will notice the pronounced absence of Hillary, Gadfly, Northender, Skapunkkid25 from the site.
