Qualificaton by Charter are not what i refer...rather by practical needs of a city undergoing a revialization for the future.

1. Need sopme outside non city business experience
2. an imposed 1 yr wait between city jobs and city council

3. Poor performance at least i n my view or an under perfomig city employee lookiong to latch onto another city positon...seems like a bd idea to me.

4. City needs not a good fit to candidates experience

5. Well qualified people are out there, lets find her, and recruit her to an open positioon let he run on her experience and her record.

6. a woman on council would be very positive ( qualified)
