I am a criminal investigator, investigating the hit-and-run death of an eldery man, Kieran J. Bloecher, at the intersection of S. Lopez and Tulane Ave., Nov. 14, 2004.
K.J. "Buddy" Bloecher, husband of Joan, grew up in the Mid City area and later moved to Metairie. He was known to be a member of "Good Friends Of Mid City".
Anyone who witnessed the accident, or who knew Kieran Bloecher or who has knowledge of "Good Friends Of Mid City", please respond.
